Dave Frans

Dave Frans is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Environmental Controls Engineer E-UMit at Boeing since August 2021, focusing on bleed systems and CACTCS. Previously, from May 2005 to August 2021, Frans worked as a System Integration Engineer at Collins Aerospace, supporting the 787-10 flight test and systems integration, and contributed to the FAA Certification for the Boeing 787-9's UTAS Air Management Systems at Boeing-Everett. Prior roles include Test Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand and Design Engineer at Hartford Engineering, where successful design support was provided for ferry terminals and the Atlas V rocket launch pad. Dave Frans holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Seattle Central College.
