Dave Miranda

Dave Miranda is an accomplished legal and engineering professional with extensive experience in intellectual property. At Boeing, serving as Senior Director and Chief Counsel for Core Intellectual Property since February 2023, Miranda previously held roles including VP and Chief Patent Counsel at Raytheon Technologies from April 2020 to March 2022, and Division IP Counsel at Saint-Gobain from April 2022 to January 2023. With an engineering background, including positions as an Engineer at United Technologies and an Associate at Fish & Richardson PC and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, Miranda also gained significant experience as Senior Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP and Chief Patent Counsel at Raytheon. Miranda holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
