David Pelton

David Pelton has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, serving in various key roles at Boeing since January 2004, including Director of BCA Airplane Systems and Chief Engineer of BCA Flight Controls, among others. Notably, Pelton developed a safety monitor for the 747-8 outboard aileron, earning a US Patent for this innovation. Prior to Boeing, Pelton worked at Target as a Guest Service Team Leader, where responsibilities included supervising cashiers and service staff, along with training and performance evaluations. Pelton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, earned between 1999 and 2003.
