David Schmidt

David Schmidt, MASc, PMP is a Senior Project Engineer in Product Development at Boeing Commercial Airplanes with extensive experience in aerospace engineering. They previously held senior management roles at Cascade Aerospace Inc., overseeing project and systems engineering activities, and managing both Mechanical Engineering and design teams. David's early career included positions at Viking Air and GeoSurv II, contributing to flight testing, certification processes, and UAV design. With a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Carleton University, they are a registered Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, dedicated to applying Lean/Six Sigma principles to achieve project objectives.
