David Swank is an experienced Integration and Engineering Manager at The Boeing Company, overseeing Production & Support Engineering for CH-47 and V-22 Osprey aircraft since September 2008. Prior to this role, Swank served as an IT Program Manager and Systems Integrator at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included IT services management and infrastructure reconstruction following Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, Swank has extensive experience as a Systems Engineer for the Next Generation Destroyer concept and as a Program Manager for the US Navy, coordinating efforts to support over 200 vessels.
