David Sylvester

David Sylvester serves as the Vice President of Learning & Development at Boeing since December 2024. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from December 2018 to December 2024, including Director of AWS Talent Development and Director of New Employee Success, where responsibilities included managing global onboarding and development programs. David also contributed to Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2009 to November 2018 as Director of Global Learning & Development, focusing on talent management and the creation of competency models. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Director for Bechtel University, overseeing global operations and curriculum development. David holds a BS in Business and Economics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
