David Tsui

David Tsui has extensive experience in aviation and engineering, serving as Commanding Officer at MAREXC2DIV 104 and Division Officer on the USS Kinkaid during a tenure with the US Navy from December 2007 to November 2009. Prior to military service, Tsui worked as a Test Director at Boeing Commercial Airplanes and held roles as a First Officer at SkyWest Airlines and a Flight Test Engineer at AeroMech Incorporated. Further contributions at Boeing included positions as a Test and Evaluation Engineer, Technical Pilot, and authoring the 737 Flight Crew Operations Manual. Tsui currently operates as a self-employed Payload Engineer and serves as a Certified Flight Instructor. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science, both obtained from Cornell University.
