David Waring

David Waring is a Senior Manager at Boeing, specializing in avionics analysis and verification for the Artemis Block 1 and B1B program. With extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams for complex developmental and production contracts for NASA and DOD clients, Waring has managed various significant projects, including the F-22 Training Systems and the Zumwalt Class Destroyer. Waring holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Previously, Waring developed communication and antenna performance models at TRW before advancing to leadership roles at Boeing since 2009.
