Dawn Elliott

Dawn Elliott is a Digital Transformation Leader specializing in Change Management, currently guiding Boeing's transformation efforts related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation. With a Prosci Change Management certification, Dawn leads project teams through successful change management activities, focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service. Previously, Dawn held roles as a Change Management Leader and Procurement Analyst at Boeing, where they earned a reputation for fostering cross-company collaboration and continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies. Outside of work, Dawn engages in various community activities and serves as Vice-President and Treasurer for the Boeing St. Louis Leadership Association.
