Previously a director at Boeing for the 777X program, Dayton has held key roles in engineering management, customer relations, and flight test engineering across multiple aircraft programs. With a strong academic background that includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Dayton has demonstrated expertise in technical leadership and program oversight within the aerospace industry. They began their career as a high school language arts teacher and have since excelled in engineering positions, including airline support account management and safety certification leadership.
