Delaney Taylor

Delaney Taylor is a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing, specializing in Final Assembly & Delivery (FAD) for the 787 plane models at the North Charleston plant. In this role, they focus on maintaining electrical processes and supporting operator tasks while also coordinating significant projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Delaney previously interned as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace, where they worked on time studies and ergonomic analysis to improve production rates. They graduated with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University in December 2022 and are currently pursuing a master's degree in Systems Engineering at Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University. Outside of work and academics, Delaney serves as the Professional Development Chair for the local SWE chapter.
