Donald Klein is a seasoned Lean Leader with over 30 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Methodologies. Klein worked as a Group Leader at Robert Bosch, a Manufacturing Manager at Borg Warner Automotive, and a Lean Six Sigma Leader at SAIC, before taking on the role of Senior Lean Leader at Boeing, where they lead continuous improvement initiatives. Klein holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from Tri-County Technical College, a BS in Business from Southern Wesleyan University, and a Master’s in Science of Lean Manufacturing and Operations Management from Kettering University. Klein is dedicated to coaching others in Lean practices to help maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
