Donna Douglas

Donna Douglas is currently the Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Manager at The Boeing Company, where they develop and implement initiatives to enhance cultural diversity and build relationships with stakeholders. They have held this role since 1981, previously serving in a similar capacity from 1994 to 2012. In addition to their work at Boeing, Douglas serves on the Board of Directors for The Kansas African American Museum. They are also pursuing an MBA at Newman University.
