Dragos Margineantu

Dragos Margineantu is a Senior Technical Fellow and AI Chief Technologist at dragos.ai, specializing in artificial intelligence research with a focus on autonomous systems. They previously served as a Senior Scientist and Technical Fellow at Boeing from 2008 to 2018, leading various AI and machine learning initiatives, including perception, planning, and anomaly detection. Dragos earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning from Oregon State University, where they also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant from 1995 to 2001. They have been a principal investigator on multiple DARPA AI research projects and have held several significant roles in major AI conferences.
