Elliott Zieba

Elliott Zieba is a motivated leader with significant experience in logistics and operations. They have held various roles, including Senior Workforce Strategy Specialist at Boeing since 2023, where they develop integrated workforce strategies for software teams. Previously, Elliott served as the Operations Launch Manager at Avail, Director of Campus Operations at YES Prep Public Schools, and held multiple officer positions in the United States Marine Corps. Elliott also held teaching responsibilities as a High School Social Studies Teacher with Houston ISD and gained policy experience as a Public Policy Intern at The National Center for Policy Analysis. Elliott earned their Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022.
