Elyn Li is currently an ER Partner at Boeing, focusing on HR and culture development in the APAC region since 2013. Between 2005 and 2007, Elyn worked at Manpower as a consultant, specializing in staffing and workforce management in the IT industry. From 2007 to 2009, Elyn served as a Staffing Consultant at Microsoft, where they exceeded hiring targets and managed the entire recruiting lifecycle for the China R&D center. Elyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Nanjing University, Graduated in 2003.
