Eric Nesbitt is an Aviation Acoustics Engineer and NASA Research Associate, with over 35 years of experience in airplane community noise generation mechanisms and acoustic control. Currently, they serve as Chief Engineer for Boeing's FAA CLEEN project, focusing on technologies that reduce noise and promote sustainable aviation fuel. Eric is also a retired Boeing Technical Fellow and has mentored students in FIRST robotics. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Northwest Nazarene University and a Master of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics with a focus on Acoustics from the University of Washington.
