Erica Brown

Erica Brown is an experienced in-house legal executive with a diverse background in labor and employment law. They served as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Dawn Foods Global from 2018 to 2021 and held various roles, including Director and Senior Counsel at McDonald's Corporation from 2005 to 2015. Erica began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals before working with law firms such as Jones Day and Krupin Greenbaum & O'Brien, LLC. Currently, they are a Senior Counsel at Boeing and are pursuing a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
