Erich Schueler

Erich Schueler is the Superintendent of Quality for the P8 Program at Boeing Defense, Space and Security. From 2012 to 2016, Erich held various roles at Boeing, including Quality Manager and Manufacturing Manager, where they were responsible for implementing process improvements, managing tooling and production efficiencies, and ensuring compliance across multiple aircraft programs. Erich also led initiatives focused on reducing production defects and enhancing customer satisfaction. They earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cascadia College in 2022.
