Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen is currently the Chief of C-17 Operational Requirements at Boeing, where they work on modifications and modernization for the C-17 aircraft in collaboration with operators and engineers. Erik has previously served as a C-17 Instructor Pilot and Lead C-17 Instructor Pilot at Flight Safety Services Corp and Delaware Resource Group, respectively. They also held various leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force, including Commander of the 437th Airlift Wing and Chief of Regional Plans & Issues Division at HQ US Air Force. Erik's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in logistics and military strategy, and they are actively pursuing further leadership development at the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia.
