Erin Voltz

Erin Voltz is a Senior Engineering Manager at Boeing Defense & Space Programs, where they oversee various projects related to Materials and Processes (M&P), EEE, and production support on significant aerospace initiatives such as the Space Launch System. They began their career at Boeing as a Materials and Processes engineer, contributing to numerous manned space programs and NASA requirements. Erin has held leadership roles, including managing the ISS Specialty Engineering team and currently leading the BR&T teams in several states. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University. Erin is also actively involved in mentoring and professional organizations to support new engineers.
