Erman Durer

Erman Durer is an experienced professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Engineering Multi Skill Manager and Boeing Turkey BCA Payloads Site Leader at Boeing since October 2018, responsible for the operation of the Boeing Turkey Engineering Center in Istanbul. Prior to Boeing, Erman Durer worked as a Program Manager at Kale Aerospace, where program organization and strategic direction were key roles. Durer's extensive experience at Zodiac Aerospace spanned over a decade, holding positions such as Manager of New Development Programs, Lean Design Specialist, Lead Engineer for Design Standards, and Configuration Control Board Admin, contributing to product design processes and engineering standards. Earlier experience includes a Design Engineer role at C&D Aerospace. Durer holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dumlupinar University.
