Filipe Braga

Filipe Braga is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Boeing since September 2024, Filipe previously held the position of Head of Program Planning and Scheduling at Heart Aerospace from November 2022 to September 2024. Prior roles include Program Manager at Skydweller Aero and various engineering and planning roles at Embraer, where responsibilities encompassed executive jets, commercial aviation, and project coordination. Filipe began the career as a Production Planner and Data Analyst at Compsis, where efficiency and quality indicators were key focuses. Early experience also includes a consultancy role as Lean Specialist at MC - Melhoria Contínua Consultoria. Filipe holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Etep - Centro Universitário, along with a Master's degree in Innovation from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
