Frederica Weimer

F. Weimer has gained broad and progressive specialist and generalist experience in a variety of functional and integrated product team (IPT) environments on production and development programs. Her experience includes developing human resources strategy, planning & conducting leadership team development, leading accelerating change efforts, executing program management, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, administering Affirmative Action & Equal Opportunity Programs, investigating and resolving employee issues, and leading teams in a variety of environments.
