Frederick (Andy) Stark is the T7 Director of Manufacturing Operations, where they manage the T7 EMD program and the transition to Low Rate Initial Production. They recently led the T7 production team to win the Boeing Innovated Factory of the Year award for 2022 and completed an expat assignment as Director of Manufacturing Operations in Saudi Arabia. Previously, Stark served as the Senior Production Operations Manager for the F-15 SA program, focusing on improving production safety, quality, and costs. They joined Boeing in 1990 and have held numerous leadership roles, driving F-15 affordability projects and developing manufacturing strategies. Stark earned their Airframe and Power Plant License from Park College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
