Gimlin

Richard Gimlin is an Executive Director at The Boeing Company, currently serving as the Chief 777 Production Engineer. With extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, and process improvement, Richard has held various leadership roles within Boeing, including the 777X Production and Manufacturing Engineering positions. They earned dual Master’s degrees in Management and Engineering from MIT, along with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois. Richard is focused on engineering, manufacturing, and operations leadership, driving change and continuous improvement within the aerospace industry.
