Grant Thompson is an experienced and self-motivated Supply Chain Management Leader in the Aerospace & Defence industry. Currently, Grant is responsible for Regional Leadership of supplier performance across the UK & Ireland, guiding a high-performing team to enhance supply chain efficiency for Boeing Aircraft Production Programs. Grant has worked globally with leadership teams across multi-site and multi-cultural international business units, focusing on developing and executing Product Make v Buy programs. Previously, Grant has held various roles including Engineering Apprentice, Production Engineer, and Program Manager, accumulating extensive experience in supplier performance management throughout their career.
