Hady Solimany is currently a Primary Flight Controls Engineer at Boeing, focusing on the development of the 737 MAX within the commercial aviation sector. They are a passionate life-long learner with a strong background in systems engineering and a keen interest in physics and space. Hady previously served as a Hypersonic Heat Flux Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where they contributed significantly to research on hypersonic applications. They also led the propulsion team for Virginia Tech's award-winning Project Draupnir in the 2024 NASA RASC-AL design competition. Hady is pursuing a Master of Science in Astrodynamics & Space Applications at Purdue University, slated to complete in 2028.
