Hank Roark is a seasoned business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in transforming complexity into clarity and measurable business value. Currently, they serve as Senior Manager of Cloud and Developer Platforms at Boeing, where they lead global teams in advancing cloud strategy and fostering innovation. Previously, Hank held various roles at Boeing, including Senior Manager of the AnalytX Platform, and contributed significantly to scaling Boeing’s Enterprise Data & AI Platform. Their experience also includes leadership positions at John Deere, H2O.ai, and Perot Systems Corporation, where they drove cost optimization and aligned technology investments with business priorities. Hank holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
