Hector Silva has over a decade of experience in various analytical and leadership roles within the aerospace and consulting industries. They served as an Analyst through Principal at American Airlines from 2010 to 2012 and held positions at CGI from 2003 to 2008 as Consultant and Senior Consultant. Currently, Hector is the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance & Core Quality at Boeing, where they oversee key quality initiatives and compliance standards. Hector earned a BS in Systems Engineering and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
