Howard Radzely is the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Boeing, a position held since 2012. Previously, Howard served as a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2009 to 2012 and held several roles at the U.S. Department of Labor, including Deputy Secretary of Labor from 2003 to 2007. Howard was also a member of the Board of Directors at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 2007 to 2009 and served as a Commissioner on the Congressional-Executive Commission on the People's Republic of China during the same period. With a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, Howard has a strong background in law and economics.
