Ian Kramer

Ian Kramer is an experienced Human Factors Engineer currently serving as the Human Engineering Manager for Boeing’s Space, Intelligence, and Weapon Systems division. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors and Applied Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Ian has a strong background in the aerospace engineering industry, focusing on the integration of human factors in spacecraft design for maintainability. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Boeing as a System Engineer III, where they contributed to human factors analysis and process improvements in support of various NASA programs. Additionally, Ian gained valuable leadership and communication skills as a Regional Supervisor at Sparkling Pool Services, Inc. and held a Technical Intern role at Jacobs, conducting human factors analysis on Ground Support Equipment.
