Ian Willson is a distinguished technical executive with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics, currently serving as Lead Technical Fellow and Chief Data Strategist for Boeing, focusing on the Boeing AnalytX platform. Since February 2004, Ian has advanced through various roles, becoming a senior expert in decision systems, analytics, and database technology. Prior to Boeing, Ian was the President of Personal ExpertWare Inc., where notable achievements included the introduction of the first consumer GUI online booking software in 1993 and the creation of the industry-standard business travel analytics tool for the NBAA. Ian holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
