Ike Eichenbrenner serves as the Talent & Workforce Strategy Lead at The Boeing Company, providing strategic direction for over 1,000 engineers in the Autonomous System Engineering Division. With a background as a Senior Project Engineer, Systems Engineering Manager, and Engineering Functional Manager, Ike combines technical expertise with leadership in personnel development and project management. Prior to Boeing, Ike gained valuable experience in the United States Air Force, holding various roles including Deputy Program Manager for Logistics.
