Jaesun Lee

Jaesun Lee is a Senior Total Rewards Partner with extensive HR experience, having graduated from Boeing's HR leadership development program. They demonstrated leadership as a Group Leader at Chungdahm Learning, managing teams and improving student retention rates. At Boeing, they advanced through various HR roles, including as an HR Strategy and Integration Leader, where they successfully navigated organizational change. Jaesun is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago while continuing their impactful work in human resources.
