Jake Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training services and aviation solutions. Currently serving as Head of Training Services at Boeing since October 2015, Jake oversees the design, delivery, and quality assurance of all UK training services. As Principal of Compass Sea School Ltd since January 2006, Jake manages a successful maritime training organization.
