James (JJ) Everett is a seasoned Senior Instructional System Designer at Boeing, having transitioned from a distinguished career in the US Navy where they served in various roles, including Quality Assurance Representative and Security Manager. With over 5,000 hours on the P-3C Orion and leadership experience as a Retired Navy Chief, JJ specialized in training, compliance, and safety management. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and previously completed the Senior Enlisted Academy at the U.S. Naval War College. Their commitment to leader development and ethics facilitation has greatly contributed to Navy operations across multiple regions.
