James Jenkins

James Jenkins is a Senior Manager of Test & Evaluation at Boeing, bringing over 30 years of extensive leadership experience in systems test, systems engineering, and project management. They possess a proven track record of managing complex multimillion-dollar engineering initiatives in the aerospace and defense industry, and have been instrumental in executing successful systems tests that drive customer satisfaction and high dollar award fees. With previous roles at Boeing Defense Systems and General Dynamics, Jenkins has developed key competencies in process improvement, team building, and program management. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
