James Rattray

James Rattray serves as the Director of Autonomous Systems and Space & Launch Contracts at Boeing, managing a $7 billion portfolio and providing contractual leadership for a diverse range of US Defense, NASA, commercial, and international customers. With a career spanning over three decades, Rattray has held multiple leadership positions at Boeing, including Director of Corporate Contract Operations and Chief Financial Officer for C-17 Sustainment. Rattray is recognized for establishing policies that protect corporate interests, driving performance-based logistics, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Rattray's experience also includes roles at SAIC and Litton Industries, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland and a BA in Business Management from Eckerd College.
