Jan Hogrefe

Jan Hogrefe is the Director Market Analysis and Chief Economist at Boeing, where they lead a premier market analysis team and oversee essential forecasting and quantitative modeling for Commercial Airplanes. In addition to their role at Boeing, Jan serves as a member of the Geoeconomic Council of Advisors at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and is the Chair of the Conference of Business Economists. Previously, they held positions as a Chief Economist and Postdoctoral Researcher at various institutions, including the Centre for European Economic Research. Jan earned a Ph.D. from the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, where they also completed their Diplom.
