Janet Pajimula

Janet Pajimula is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and partnership roles. Janet's career began at Nordstrom, where a tenure from 1994 to 2007 as a Human Resources Manager established a strong foundation in the field. Following this, Janet served as a Human Resources Business Partner and then as a Senior HR Business Partner at Premera Blue Cross until February 2008. Janet furthered expertise at The Boeing Company, holding the positions of Human Resources Generalist from February 2011 to April 2015, and later as a Senior Human Resources Manager in February 2020. Janet's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington.
