Janis Lizardi is an experienced Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Leader in the aerospace and consumer packaged goods industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence CI Leader at Boeing, Janis adeptly employs Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvements and deliver results. With a strong foundation in technology and business intelligence, Janis has previously held key leadership roles at PepsiCo and Aviall, focusing on supply chain innovation and transformational strategies. Janis holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and multiple Lean Six Sigma credentials, including a Master Black Belt.
