Jared Lawler

Jared Lawler is an accomplished systems engineer at Boeing, specializing in autonomy development for Vertical lift projects. With a diverse engineering background, Jared has held several roles, including Production Engineer and Future Vertical Lift Industrial Engineer for the Defiant X program, where responsibilities included managing critical work packages for Army modernization. Additionally, Jared has been actively involved with HOBY Youth Leadership as the Director of Facilitators for PA East, coordinating leadership seminars for high school students. Previous experiences include leading manufacturing integration at Aurora Flight Sciences, overseeing fundraising efforts for Penn State THON™, and contributing to operational excellence at Ingersoll Rand. Jared holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
