Jason Dotter is currently the Chief Pilot for Fighters at Boeing, leading a skilled team in the production and testing of F-15 and F-18 aircraft. Previously, they served as an F-15 Experimental Test Pilot and held significant roles in various test groups, notably as Deputy Group Commander for the 53rd Test Management Group. With extensive qualifications, including being the USAF's only dual qualified OT/DT test pilot, Jason has experience in operational and developmental test management for a wide range of aircraft, including the F-22, F-16, and B-2. Jason earned a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
