Jason Pattison

Jason "Finch" Pattison is currently a Test Pilot at Boeing Phantom Works, where they advance flight test programs through strategic leadership and innovative solutions. Previously, Pattison served as an Experimental Test Pilot in the US Navy for over a decade, holding significant roles such as Director of Operations and Navy Chief Test Pilot at Nellis AFB. They are a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master's in Systems Engineering and have also completed advanced training at the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Pattison's diverse experience and military background underpin their expertise in high-performance experimental aircraft testing.
