Javier Herrero is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience at Boeing since October 2005, holding various roles including Principal Investigator in both Engineering Analysis & Simulation and Propulsion Projects, as well as Senior Lead Engineer in Structural Impact Dynamics Simulation. Currently, Javier also serves as part-time faculty in Computational Mechanics at the University of Washington College of Engineering. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer position at Cessna Aircraft Company and an Aerostructures Engineer role at Indra. Javier Herrero holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University and advanced degrees in System Design and Management from MIT and Technology Management MBA from UW Foster School of Business. Early education was completed at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, earning a combined BS and MS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
