Jay Jedinak is a Flight Controls Electronics Engineering Manager at Boeing and a participant in the Leadership NeXT - Accelerated Leadership Development Program, Class of 2021. Previously, Jay held various roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, including Senior Application Engineer, Applications Engineering Manager, and Business Process Analyst Staff, where they led technical support teams and improved product launch processes. Jay’s expertise spans Quality, Operations, Blended Technical Training, Lean Manufacturing, Embedded and System Engineering, and Program and Project Management. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Washington.
