Jay Renehan

Jay Renehan is an experienced Engineering Manager at Boeing Commercial Airplanes with a strong background in technical and people leadership. They began their career as an Engineer at GE and later worked at Boeing, where they held various roles including Lead Engineer and FAA Designated Engineering Representative, contributing to the design and certification of hydraulic systems for multiple aircraft models. Currently, as a Senior Engineering Manager, Jay leads teams in developing and integrating equipment and systems for the 777-9 airplane, managing cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is also a dedicated racing sailor and boater.
