Jeff Hill

Jeff Hill is an operations leader at Boeing with a strong focus on empowering teams to enhance efficiency, cost savings, morale, safety, and quality. Previously, Jeff held production manager roles at Beazer Homes and Centex from 2001 to 2012. Since joining Boeing in 2020, Jeff has taken on various leadership positions, including Senior Operations Leader and Acting Senior Manufacturing Manager, where they lead large teams in factory operations and the implementation of new production tools and processes. Jeff studied Civil Engineering at Anderson University and Trident Technical College in the early 1990s.
