Jeff Shearer

Jeff Shearer is a motivated Supplier Program Manager with extensive national and international procurement experience in both commercial and military sectors. They served as a Captain in the Missouri Army National Guard, where they led a howitzer battery and participated in missions such as Hurricane Katrina recovery. At Boeing, Jeff excelled in various procurement roles, managing complex supply chains for programs including the F-15 and Artemis rocket, while consistently achieving significant cost reductions and process improvements.
